  • Third Offense - minimum jail sentence of ten days to three years, community service, fines up to $10,000, license will be suspended for minimum one year or up to ten years, charged and sentenced as habitual substance offender and made to serve additional jail time of one year to eight years, possible probation, complete a substance abuse education course, have an Ignition Interlock Device placed in your car, attend a victim impact panel, submit to urine testing for drugs and alcohol and face other terms of your probation.
